Tuesday November 20, 2018: Intake
I havent done one of these in a while so I need to hold myself more accountable!
Breakfast:
Overnight oats - mashed banana, cashew milk, chia seeds, rolled oats, hemp seeds, ground flax seeds, maple syrup, chocolate chips, a sprinkle of coconut sugar, crushed walnuts, strawberries
Break:
Teaccino Dark Roast tea with coconut sugar and Silk vanilla creamer
handful of pretzel crackers with hummus
Lunch:
Sushi bowl - jasmine rice, roasted sweet potato, spicy oil-free pan fried tofu, cucumber, avocado, sesame seeds, soy sauce, & sriracha
Dinner:
scrambled tofu, on an english muffin with vegan mayo & hot sauce
roasted brussel sprouts & zucchini tossed with green goddess dressing
